Warranty and Support

CommandSignal warrants PRIORITYwave against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.

During the warranty period, CommandSignal may repair the product with new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or equivalent item.

Accidental Damage

Accidental drops, water ingress, physical abuse, and other non-warranty damage are not covered by warranty. CommandSignal offers repair or replacement services for a flat fee. Contact support for an estimate and turnaround time.

Not Covered

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, or fading.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
  • Damage from improper cabinet connection or unapproved power sources.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Normal wear consumables, including batteries and cables.

Request Service

Contact support with purchase details and a description of the issue. CommandSignal may request photos, serial numbers, firmware versions, or a short description of what happened before issuing return or replacement instructions.

If the touchscreen is operational, open Settings > About this Device and record the firmware version before contacting support.
