Settings

Settings contains display preferences, remote management, Bluetooth cleanup, cabinet options, and device information. Open it from Settings in the bottom navigation.

Settings Options

Paired RF Remotes

Opens the list of paired remotes, where you can pair a new remote or remove an existing one. See Pair and Manage Remotes and the Long-Range Remote page.

Theme

Switches the touchscreen between Light and Dark appearance. Choose the option that is easiest to read in your field conditions.

Screen Off After

Controls how long the display stays awake before it sleeps to save power. Options are 2 Minutes, 1 Minute, and Always On. The device keeps operating while the display is asleep; the first touch wakes the screen. See Screen Sleep.

Power LED

Turns the blue status LED On or Off. With it off, the LED stays dark during operation while the device continues to work normally. See Status Light.

Show Startup Guide

Controls whether the built-in Getting Started guide appears each time the device starts. This is the same as the Show every time checkbox on the guide itself. See Getting Started.

Clear Bluetooth Devices

Removes all saved Bluetooth devices from PRIORITYwave. Tapping it shows a confirmation dialog before anything is removed.

After clearing saved devices, remove the old pairing on your phone or tablet too. On iPhone or iPad, tap Forget This Device in iOS Bluetooth settings before reconnecting. See Bluetooth Pairing.

Advanced Settings

Opens options that affect how PRIORITYwave drives the traffic cabinet.

  • Advance Pulse Duration — how long the advance command is held when sent. Options are 200 ms, 300 ms, 400 ms, 600 ms, and 800 ms (default 400 ms).

Changes in Advanced Settings can affect how PRIORITYwave interacts with the traffic cabinet. Adjust the Advance Pulse Duration only if you know the value your cabinet requires.

About this Device

Opens the About screen with device and firmware information.

The About screen shows the device model, firmware version, and other details support may request.
