PIN Lock
The Wireless Control screen can lock the touchscreen to prevent unintended input. The first time the lock is used, PRIORITYwave asks the operator to create and confirm a 4-digit PIN.

After entering a new PIN, the device asks you to re-enter it to confirm.

Lock the Touchscreen
- Open
Wireless Control. - Tap
Lock Screen. - If prompted, create and confirm a 4-digit PIN.
After the PIN is configured, the touchscreen shows the locked screen.

Unlock the Touchscreen
- Tap
Unlock. - Enter the saved 4-digit PIN.
- Wait for the Wireless Control screen to return.

Incorrect PIN
If the PIN is incorrect, the device shows invalid-entry feedback and keeps the touchscreen locked. Try again with the correct PIN.
If the PIN is not available, remove the device from service and contact support.
