Bluetooth Pairing

The Bluetooth screen controls whether Bluetooth is enabled, starts pairing, and disconnects the current Bluetooth session.

This page covers only the PRIORITYwave device screens. Mobile app workflows are covered separately in the CommandSignal App section.

Turn Bluetooth On or Off

Use the toggle in the upper-right corner of the Bluetooth screen.

When Bluetooth is disabled, the device does not accept new Bluetooth sessions. Turning Bluetooth off does not clear saved Bluetooth devices.

Pair a Phone or Tablet

  1. Open Bluetooth from the bottom navigation.
  2. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled.
  3. Tap Pair a Device.
  4. Use the displayed PRIORITYwave device name and passcode if the phone or app asks for them.
  5. Wait for the success screen.

Bluetooth pairing success screen
The success screen appears after a device connects.

Bluetooth pairing remains available for up to 120 seconds. If the window expires, start pairing again from the Bluetooth screen.

Pairing Failure

If pairing fails or the saved device list is full, clear saved Bluetooth devices from Settings and try again.

Disconnect a Device

When a device is connected, the Bluetooth screen shows a Disconnect action. Disconnecting ends the current session without removing the saved device.

Clear Saved Bluetooth Devices

Use Settings > Clear Bluetooth Devices to remove all saved Bluetooth devices from PRIORITYwave. After clearing saved devices, remove the old pairing from the mobile device before reconnecting.
