Use this page when app troubleshooting does not resolve an issue or when a PRIORITYwave device requires service.

Before Contacting Support

Record:

  • Device name shown in the app.
  • Connection state shown in the app.
  • Battery state and signal strength.
  • Firmware version shown in Settings.
  • Any pairing, Advance, notification, or firmware update error message.
  • The steps already attempted.

Warranty terms are available from CommandSignal. Do not open, modify, or service hardware unless authorized by CommandSignal or your organization.
