Getting Started

Use this page the first time you set up the CommandSignal app with supported PRIORITYwave equipment.

1. Where to Download

The CommandSignal app is available for iPhone and Android.

  • iPhone (iOS 17 or later) — download from the Apple App Store: [App Store link TBD]. You can also search the App Store for CommandSignal.
  • Android (Android 10 or later) — download from Google Play: [Play Store link TBD]. You can also search Google Play for CommandSignal.
note

Direct store links will be added here at launch. Until then, search for CommandSignal by name in the App Store or Google Play.

Install the app and open it from the home screen. On first launch, review and accept the liability disclaimer. The app shows this before normal operation is available.

2. Enable Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth to find and control PRIORITYwave devices. When prompted, allow Bluetooth access. On Android, you may also be asked to allow nearby-device or location access so the phone can scan for Bluetooth devices.

If Bluetooth is off or access is denied, the Select a Device screen explains the required action before pairing can continue.

3. Put PRIORITYwave in Pairing Mode

Power on the PRIORITYwave receiver. On the touchscreen, open Bluetooth, confirm Bluetooth is enabled, and tap Pair a Device.

Keep the phone near the device during discovery and pairing.

The Select a Device screen lists nearby PRIORITYwave receivers (iPhone shown).

4. Connect From the App

On the Select a Device screen, tap the matching PRIORITYwave device. The app connects and opens the Manual Control screen after a successful connection.

5. Confirm the Control Screen

Before sending commands, confirm the connected device name, battery state, signal strength, and connection state. Do not begin operation until the expected device is connected and local field setup is complete.
