Install the Watch App
The CommandSignal watch app is a companion to the iPhone app — there is no separate App Store listing for it:
- Install the CommandSignal app on your iPhone (see Getting Started).
- If Automatic App Install is enabled in the iPhone's Watch app, the CommandSignal watch app installs automatically.
- To install it manually, open the Watch app on the iPhone, scroll to Available Apps, and tap Install next to CommandSignal.
Watch Display

When ready, the watch shows:
- Receiver battery state.
- Bluetooth signal strength.
- An
ADVANCEbutton. - Last Advance timing.
The watch may show unavailable states such as:
- Pair a device in the CommandSignal app.
- Reconnecting.
- Out of Range.
- Disconnected.
Send an Advance
Tap ADVANCE on the watch. The iPhone forwards the command to the connected
receiver. The watch shows sending, success, or failure based on the current app
connection.
Always On Display
When the watch is in reduced-luminance Always On Display mode, the Advance button is disabled and the interface shows a reduced layout. Wake the watch before sending an Advance command.

If the watch does not show the Advance button:
- Open the CommandSignal app on the iPhone.
- Confirm the iPhone is connected to the receiver.
- Confirm the watch app is installed.
